From his earliest memory, August has been fascinated by computers and technology. He is instinctively skilled and has an insatiable appetite to learn more. Over the years he has worked with many systems, be they computer, network, or audio visual. User friendliness, understandability, reliability, and efficiency are all of the upmost importance to him. He has worked in information technology for the Fair Haven Board of Education, studied Cisco networking and general computer science, and competed in national FBLA technology events, ranking first in Computer Problem Solving.

Brian began working with computers and technology in his early teens. He quickly picked up a strong love of disassembling hardware and has expanded that love of hardware to the entirety of the computer science field. Working side by side with August he has gained an instinctive hand in setting up PC interfaces in a way that is user friendly and reliable. Brian primarily works in hardware replacement, repair and customer interaction.

Training

We recognize that the fast-paced world of technology is ever changing and that it can be hard to keep up. We will show you step by step how to do just about anything with your computer or other device. Whether it be a PC, Mac, smartphone, or a specific program such as Microsoft Office, we can teach you what you need to know.

Flexible Scheduling

We understand that time is priceless, and that there are often cases where it is hard to schedule an appointment during business hours. We offer flexible hours for both our residential and business customers. Feel free to request an appointment time with us that works for you, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We will gladly work with a variety of physical as well as software solutions to meet any and all security and privacy needs for any scale of residential or business environments.

Phased Integration

As a small business, we are aware that there are often situations where a tight budget is unavoidable. As such, we are willing to work with our clients to break up larger jobs into smaller tangible phases. This allows us to provide positive solutions for our customers without breaking the bank or wasting undue time.
